We started in January of 2012. We are a licensed home improvements contractor; fully insured including workers compensation on our crewmembers. We do work for HOA's, property management companies, real estate agents, commercial & residential customers. We cover the Northshore, the Greater New Orleans, Baton Rouge and the gulf coast areas. We are Osha certified trained, member of the Better Business Bureau, member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association and I am an Army Veteran.
We offer a variety of services for our residential and commercial customers. We do interior/exterior painting, drywall repairs, pressure washing/soft washing, privacy fence building, fence repairs, carpentry, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, staining, paver sealing, curtains/blinds installation, light fixture/ceiling fan installation, apartment make ready, handyman repairs, facility maintenance & more. White's Soft Wash is a subsidiary of White House Maintenance & Painting, LLC.
When we perform a project for you, we communicate with you from start to finish. We tidy up at the end of the day and put equipment out of the way. We will accommodate with you on your request as best as possible. Me and my crewmembers are experienced in our trades and do quality work as if it was our own facility or home.
